Getting Green Pixels on some of my youtube/facebook videos

Hi,

Yesterday I got message saying that shockwave has crashed. Afterwards, for some reason I'm getting a lot of green pixels on a majority of my youtube videos. I'm getting this problem on facebook too. It's weird because youtube uses html5 while facebook uses flash, but they both get the same problem. I also tried this on internet explorer/firefox and I still get these green pixels throughout the video. I don't think my computer's graphics card is malfunctioning because I could still watch 720 and 1080 movies on my laptop. What do you think the problem is and how should I fix this?

I attached an example of what it looks like on youtube and facebook.

Thanks for the help everyone!

First thing to check if there is a newer graphics driver available: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/945765
