Getting message twcapp

I keep getting a message to close twcapp. First where do I find this and how do I close it? When I close it will I be able to open it again or will it open on it's own? What is twcapp?

twcapp is "the weather channel app".If you'vew got a plugin, or gadget that displays weaher and uses Flash to do so, you need to close it.

Easiest way to do this is:

Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by right clicking one (or both) of the following links and selecting "Save Target as" or "Save Link as".

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Save it to your downloads folder - DO NOT run anything yet!

Reboot your system.

BEFORE you open anything else, locate and run the installer(s).
