Question

Getting pop up to go away when I do not need to install?

I have Windows 10 but when I am working my PCH emails I keep getting a pop up to install Flash Player which is already integrated into the Windows 10.  I am unable to get past this pop-up.  How do I continue when I receive one of these?

Can you please post a screenshot of the pop-up dialog (see How to post a screenshot in the forum)?

Are you using IE/Edge browser or a different browser?  If different, which one?

I have windows 10 which was not listed on the how to post a screenshot.  I am using internet explorer for my browser.

Hi,


The instructions for Windows 10 is the same as Vista, 7, and 8 - use the Snipping Tool to take the screenshot.  You can use Windows 10 Search field to search for Snipping Tool.
