Getting this "click to run" for flash player which is not even loading thumbnail of the video. This happens for few pages and on others it is working fine. I am using chrome.

I am using windows and the videos are working fine on firefox and even explorer. But error comes in for few pages with videos which do not even load the thumbnail of the images unless this "click to run" option is checked.
