Global Settings

When i go on global settings and right click settings, nothing happens, i am using internet explorer 11, and have the latest flash player.

Start>Control Panel>System and Security>Flash Player (32-bit)

Mac OS X:

System Preferences>Flash Player

There's one online that will make the changes

Use the links at the top left of the page to choose the parameter you want to change.

It's a "live" settings manager and will make the changes on your system.
