Global Volume Controls in Flash Player?

OK so i have gotten fed up with the flash player reseting the volume to 100% when a video ad starts on a page that i haven't been to.

i'm running windows 7, FF 12 i can turn it down in the volume control panel but it resets to 100% when a new instance is opened it's annoying i have almost disabled flash it's that annoying. THere is no reason to have a recording volume and not a Global play back

    disable the Flash Player Protected Mode.

    Yea i just disabled the flash plug in it has actually made surffing a bit more enjoyable because I now don't get 2/3 of the auto start video adds and other pointless stuff
