Google Finance (no technical data)

Hello,

Since this morning Google Finance/Adobe are not displaying links for the Technical data section (MACD, Bollinger bands, MA,etc)

I have Google Chrome so the ADOBE flash player is embeded.

Have tried INTERNET EXPLORER and FIREFOX, and its the same situation there.

Have notified GOOGLE but that seems a black hole.

Have all the latest security updates and have cleared cache.

I do not know what else to do (ie. Not sure if it is google who no longer supply technical data, or if the Adobe flash player no longer works, despite being ENABLED).

Anyone having the same problem and can offer some advice.

Thanks

    Hello,

I'm using Mac Pro running OSX10.10.5, I see the same exact issue with Chrome and Firefox. They both were showing Technical charts until 3days ago!!

But now, there's NO settings menu as someone pasted the picture!! Its same issue on my Firefox(43.0.04) and chrome(version 47.0.2526.111).

hope to see some resolution at the earliest!!

    Thanks,

And still no reply from Google.

I have sent them 15 emails for an urgent reply. Nothing.

And still waiting for abobe to get back to us with their google contact reply.

We've all been left in the dark here, wasting hours messing around with our mobiles, tablets, laptops........when all alone the problem is google.

No reply. No message of changes on site. No explanation.

How can you use a chart that looks like is was born in the 1970's and is utterly useless, and from the biggest company in the world.

    Mad as hell here.

I'm also facing the same issue on technicals, degrading flash players on browser's doesn't works for me. Something is wrong with google site. There is an error on google site which might be blocking to load the technicals.

Yes this has happen to me too. Not showing News and no Technical settings allowed. This only happen when I updated my flash player for Chrome. My other browsers Firefox and Safari worked fine. I then updated Flash on Firefox and Safari.. Same results as Chrome. Not showing the data correctly like before. PLease fix.

I also suspect it's at Google. Identical loss of charting technical and news at three machines:

    Win7, Chrome, Shockwave Flash 20.0.0.306

Win2k, Firefox 12.0, Shockwave Flash 11.1 r102 (latest versions for Win2k, working fine until Mon pm)

Ubuntu, Firefox 27 for Ubuntu, Shockwave Flash 11.2 r202

    But:

iPad mini, Safari (which won't run Flash) - the full News panel is still available .... and also available using Chrome ...

Yes, GOOGLE FINANCE charting has gone back to the dark ages.

For live charting it is a completely useless site at present.

I have found some alternatives but all are 15 mins delayed pricing.

Most packages come with a broker package which I do not require as already use a simple broker site.

If anyone knows of an alternative live charting site, even on a paid basis please post link.

Otherwise, how about someone at adobe ask goggle what the heck is going on and what are their plans to come back into this century, not the last, for their unusable website. A client update would also have been appeciated as a lot of people depend on the site and have been left in the dark.

I am too facing the same issue in Firefox on desktop. I installed chrome browser hoping that the technical links will display but to my bad luck the issue existed in chrome too.

Please provide solution to this issue as chart without technical indicators does not help at all.

I suspect this was a change on the Google Finance side since the "settings", "technical", etc links appear to be HTML and not Flash.  That said, I did reach out to Google to see if my contacts could forward this along to the proper people for review.  If I hear anything, I'll be sure to post back.

    Hello all,

Can someone tell me how to contact google, or get Adobe to contact google.

If it is not just me having problems then I have just been wasting my time trying to sort this out when the problem seems to be with either google web page or the Adobe Flash player.

It is very clear that the settings button has dissapears from the Web page.

It is very clear that the interactive charts are free and that the Google help page does not correct this problem in trying to find the settings  button.

Please can someone up this problem to google level if they can. I noticed Microsoft did a security update on adobe Flash player this past week on my laptop.

I have sent them 10 email messages yesterday and have no reply as yet. Google or Microsoft.

It is clear you cannot replicate this issue as there is no settings button to replicate the problem. This is the issue here. Where have the interactive charts gone for full live data analysis.

    Hello,

The url is: ASOS plc: LON:ASC quotes & news - Google Finance

The Adobe Flash Player should be embedded with Goggle Chrome (rather than a stand alone download).

The version = You have version 20,0,0,306 installed

    The Browser is GOOGLE CHROME.

Many thanks if you can advise where the problem is.

    HI,

I am unable to reproduce the issue at my end.

Please try the steps mentioned in Flash Player video playback issues.

If it does not solves your problem, please provide us with the following :-

    • dx-diag/System report of your machine.
    • Snapshot of the issue .

    Thanks

    Hello,

Here is the Snapshot of the LIVE Google Finance Chart.

The chart is not a live videostream. It is a live technical chart.

But since this morning all the live technical data is lost.
