Google to phase out full support for Flash on Chrome, what will be the impact on current running sites?

Can anyone explain the impact of this on our running websites? Any thing what we can do with this ??

Yes, as per google blog, flash player is not being "phased out" yet, while, they are providing support to "Whitelist" where 10 sites are getting support for 1 year.

What after one year?

How should we have to take this? We have our site,fully developed on flash and hundreds of users are still using it everyday. Do we need to start convert in to HTML-5 ( which is really big decision for all of us) or should we have to consider that they will not "Phase out completely" in the future and flash websites will run smoothly with "Click to play" option?
