Got sound but no picture on Subway's Drake Fortune Site. Please Help.

OK, so went to Subway and got all these codes to enter for a contest.  I have the latest flash playewr installed on firefox.  When I click onto the contest section all I see is this white screen and hear the sound effects.  No picture.

    Is your problem only happening on Firefox or on all browsers, like IE and Chrome?

    Could you send us a direct link to the webpage you saw the problem?

    It is happening on all browsers.  Firefox and IE.

    I don't have the codes to enter contest... Sorry about that. Do I have to use codes?

    Meanwhile, we have flash player 11 released recently. Could you upgrade to the latest flash player and see whether the proble is still existing?
