Green Screen during Video Play Bak

I know there are a lot of threads for green screen but none fit my situation. I get a green screen with great sound during video playback. I am running the newest version of Flash Player(this is when problem started). I am running windows 10 and the problem is both on Edge and IE11. I have tried to right click in the player and select settings and turn off the Hardware Acceleration but that option does not appear under anything in settings. I have tried numerous fixes from the net but none work. Please help.

The green screen is a symptom of video decoding failure. Typically this is related to the graphics drivers for your hardware.

Please work through the video troubleshooting guide, paying particular attention to the part about finding the latest drivers for hardware:

Because Windows 10 is relatively new, bug-free drivers may not be available for your hardware yet. There's also a limitation in IE and Edge that currently prevents you from disabling hardware acceleration in Flash. That will be fixed in future updates to IE and Edge. In the meantime, you might try another browser, like Google Chrome, where you can explicitly disable hardware acceleration to work around the graphics driver problems you're running into.

If you're still stuck, please follow the directions in the guide on providing the dxdiag report and additional information about what you tested and saw. A link to the affected video would also be useful.
