Green Screen, need help!

When trying to watch videos I get a green screen. I upgraded FLASH a few weeks ago and it appeared to fix the issue. However, it has returned and updating has not worked. What can i do to fix this?

Hi kenf3339187,This is almost always a conflict with a video driver. My first recommendation would be to upgrade your systems driver to the latest version available from ATI, Nvidia or Intel.Windows: how do I update the device driver for my video/display adapter?If that's not possible (and you're running Windows 7 or below), please see this FAQ for disabling hardware acceleration.How do I disable or enable hardware acceleration?Thanks,Chris
