Had to reinstall chrome FlashPlayer lags hard.

Now with Plugins disabled I'm not sure how to get it set up to how it was if I have more than 2 sites using flash player up I start to get massive lag on those sites only. I went to the setting checked Allow sites to run Flash. It got a little better but it's still very laggy. I know it's not my computer because it still works just fine on firefox and was working fine on chrome 3 days ago before I reinstalled it. Any ideas?
