Hardware Scaling Not Working

Hi,

I'm currently using Flash Player 9.0.115 on Windows XP SP2 and the hardware scaling is not working. I have the latest video drivers installed from Nvidia (Updated 12/11/2007). I also have the latest version of DirectX. My video card is NVIDIA Quadro NVS 120M. Whenever I switch to full screen mode, I believe it's falling back to software mode, since there isn't any scaling effect from normal to full screen mode. This scaling effect used to occur when I was using the previous beta. Also, some videos are choppy in full screen mode. I've also tested full screen mode on 3 other XP machines, 1 running Windows Vista, and 1 running Mac OSX 10.5 (Leopard), and I'm getting the same results. Can anybody help me? Thanks.

I should note that I've tried this in Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2.0.0.11, and Opera 9.25. Also, from DirectX Diagnostic Tool:

    DirectX Version: 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)

Device Name: NVIDIA Quadro NVS 120M
    Chip Type: GeForce Go 7400

    Main Driver: nv4_disp.dll
    Version: 6.14.0011.5683 (English)
