Have downloaded latest version of Flash Player but still can't view portfolio documents - Help?

Just see grey screen and no documents are visible.   Has anyone else encountered this?

Flash Player doesn't open portfolios, Reader does.

Thanks, but I was referring to the fact that I received a message to download the latest version of Flash Player when first trying to open the documents.   In spite of having followed the link and downloaded the latest FP version as directed, still can't view the documents.
