Having problem downloading FP, have 64 bit Windows 7 and IE11

I have 64 bit Windows and IE11. I've gone through the download process several times, each time it says "download is successful".  I restart my computer and can't find FP anywhere, but in my Control Panel I do have a icon for "Manage FP Settings".  I'd appreciate some help - thanks!

Thanks for the response.  I've followed all the steps in that link to no avail.  It says it installs, it says the download is successful, but it's nowhere to be found.
