Having problems with adobe flash player for internet explorer on Windows 10

Hi, I'm currently having a problem with flash player for Internet Explorer where I tested out flash player on the website... it's saying either adobe flash player is disabled (which it isn't)... or activex filtering is enabled (which... again... it isn't)... any help with this would be appreciated
