hebrew is reversed

i have a wired problem...

i have a chat in flash (fms,as3,flash player 10+) with hebrew...

in the cs4 everthing is ok!!!

in web browser(ie,firefox,chrom) from windows everything is ok!

in my nexus one android the hebrew is reversed...

i remembered that it was also reversed  when i checked a nokia with flash lite like a year ago...

can someone tell me why only in mobile it is reversed?????????????
