Hello....Anybody out there?

I posted a question earlier about my flash player crashing all the time and still no answer....guess nobody knows anything about anything and if you do you are a jerk for not helping people out!

    Nobody's being a "a jerk for not helping people out!" 

    These are primarily user-to-user forums and users help when they can be of assistance.  Staff participates when they can, in between their workload, during normal U.S. work hours (Mon-Fri).

    Please review the tech note Report a Flash Player crash or error and file a bug, providing all of the required information.

    Your first post was on a Sunday morning at 7:19 am.  Historically forums participation on a Sunday morning is very, very low.  You posted again 5 hours later saying people were being jerks for ignore you.  Again, nobody was ignoring you.  People, including staff, just weren't on the forums at that time.  I'm sorry if you feel otherwise.
