Hello? I can't installation of flesh player.

I have a problem when I updates for the latest version of flesh player that it is not end, but remained ongoing updates status. There is no more message. So I can't see VOD. This situation occur under IE & Windows

What's wrong with it? I so so so need for your help. Please Guidance for me.
