HELP..... ADOBE SHOCKWAVE AND ADOBE FLASHPLAYER are NOT WORKING SINCE THE UPDATE JUNE 17 2016

Since the update my SHOCKWAVE only works if I download it and get an ABORT  message then it will work SLOWLY FOR A WHILE AND HAVE TO REPEAT!!!   THis started up after the ADOBE FLASHPLAYER UPDATE... NOT IMPRESSED!!! 

When using it THE APPLICATION SHOCKWAVE ON THE COMPUTER SHOWS AS IT IS UNAVAILABLE ON THE COMPUTER!!!  WHEN WILL SOMEONE FIX THIS!!!

In this mode it works REALLY SLOW AND CRASHES THAT CANNOT BE SENT.

I have been through all the setting on the browser,

I have uninstalled and installed these two programs shockwave and flashplayer over 20 TIMES IN THE last few days  WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED!!!
