Help Flash in hogging up my CPU

as you can see flash is using 110.05 % of my CPU.  This generally causes freesing on mouse and everything else to the point of my force quitting and rebooting.  I might be doing something wrong, setting wise.  Any help would be appreciated.  This is a relative new developement since upgrading to the newest version.

    What is Flash displaying when this cpu usage occurs?  What URLs do you have open?  Do you see this type of behavior if you go to a simple page like this:  Flash Player Version

    On my Macbook Pro, Flash Player uses about 2 - 3% of the CPU on the Flash Player Find Version page.

    actually no problem there.  I think it is when I'm dealing with a Zynga Poker game on facebook.

    It's possible that this game just requires more CPU time.  Do you notice a significant change in usage when you use other browsers (Chrome in particular)?
