Help for Flash Player Installation?

Hi,

This is the OS,  not Flash Player prompting to the password.  Please see What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player?

Also, no need to post the same thing minutes apart.  This is mainly a user-to-user forum with staff participating when they can (in between their normal work).  Expecting a reply within minutes is not realistic. I've deleted your other duplicate post.
