HELP! I cannot get my Flash Player to work with my brower...

Almost two months ago I got an error message that told me I needed to DL the newest Flash Player (22) to continue streaming video.  I did, but I STILL cannot stream video (on certain platforms).  When I check my Chrome plugins, it says that I have still have version 21 on my computer, not the 22 I have downloaded multiple times.  How do I get my browser to see that I have downloaded the 22 version?!

Also, I use Chrome.  Which always has the disclaimer that it 'auto updates' the Flash Player.  So I doubly don't understand what is going on.  And just this afternoon I downloaded the newest Chrome version... low and behold the plugins tell me that I still only have version 21 on my computer...

All I know is that I have spent way too many hours trying to figure out what the issue is and it leads me in an endless loop with not practical solution.

HELP HELP HELP.

Thank You

Meg

Hi Meg,

Could you try the steps outlined in this Google help doc to see if that gets you up to date with Flash Player?  You should be at:

Chrome: 52.0.2743.116 m

Flash Player: 22.0.0.209

Thanks,

Chris
