help me!

internet explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or active x controls.  can you help me stop this from occuring?

Also when I try to open the same thing via email, I get the following message: 

SimpleViewer requires Adobe Flash. Get Adobe Flash. If you have Flash installed, click to view gallery.

I click on view gallery, and nothing happens.  Nothing ever opens, no matter how long I wait.  Why is this happening and can you help me.  I tried reinstalling flash and restarting my computer, but things are still the same.
