What happens when you try to install?

Did you get an error, or was the installation successful?  If you get an error, post a screenshot of the error.  If you didn't get an error, launch the browser and navigate to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and click the Check Now button.  Post a screenshot of the resulting system information.

To take a screenshot:

On Windows 7 and above, use the Snipping Tool:

• Click the Start button/Orb and in the search field type Snipping Tool then select Snipping Tool from the search results.
• When the Snipping Tool opens, click the down arrow next to the New button, select either window or rectangle snip
• Take a snip of the window or specific region on the desktop/page you want to capture
• Save the screenshot in JPG format
• Use the 'Insert Image' icon in the toolbar to insert the image in your post
