Hey everyone...

ok so, im running vista on my pc and recently i went to foxsoccer.tv and subscribed to their service. prior to subscribing i watched a test video which worked great (audio too). i subscribed and when trying to watch the videos now i get no audio.  fox soccer claims its a problem with adobe however i have the most up to date version, everything is enabled and the only time it doesnt work is when i log in and watch videos.  i even redownloaded the newest version of adobe flash and im still having the same issue.  foxsoccer help keeps sending me over here.  any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks

Hi, Please post back all browsers installed and version numbers. Is your system a 64bit?

Since you are using Vista, please include the Service Packs you have Installed.

Then using each browser that you have, go to this test site and let me know if you can see the animation and the version of Flash Player that it shows that you have Installed.

Ever since I downloaded the new version of Flash Player 10.1 and Adobe Air, I've not had any audio on youtube videos.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything in Firefox to no avail.  I didn't find an option to go back to an earlier version.  I'm not knowledable technically and need help.  I clicked on your site www.adobe.com/software/flash/about and saw the animation okay.  The flash version is 10,1,82,76.  Firefox is what I use.  I tried clicking on that site for Internet Explorer and it didn't work.  I had to download Flash Player 10.1 for I.E. and then I saw the animation okay.  Still no sound on youtube.  I have sound for everything else.

    I have:     Vista   64bit  SP2

                   Firefox   64bit   3.6.8

                   Explorer  64bit   8.0.6001.18943

                   Flash Player 10,1,82,76

Hi bets32, It would be better if you started your own thread. I know you hate to hear that, but it gets confusing when the users have different system configurations. It is very easy if i give you info for example and the OP thinks it is for them and vice versa.

Until you do that, the one thing that I can suggest is  go to youtube, bring up any video and RIGHT click on it. Click on Settings and Display Settings. UN check the hardware acceleration. It wouldn't hurt to reboot(restart) your compute then also.

See if that makes an improvement.

    Thanks,
