Help with download of Flash player

Help:

I have downloaded Adobe Flash Player ver 10.2.153.1 numerous times, and deleted them, even though it 'is out there', applications needing, it keep requesting it .

    Install Flash Player from these installer directly :

    http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe

    Also if you have Internet Explorer install this as well :

    http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe
