Help with Flash 10.3 Settings

I have a rather silly question.  Can the third party flash cookie settings be handled anywhere in the native control panel of version 10.3.183.7?  I have never used that control panel before, I've always used this one.  Now, I'm being told that the one I have always used is an "old" version and I shouldn't be using it.  Is this true?  If so how do I handle my third party flash cookies in this "new' version?  I'm running Windows XP with Firefox 5.0.1.

Any help would be appreciated - Thanks!

You can definitely continue to use the online version you've been using.  It won't be going away anytime soon.
