Help with installation

I'm assuming you're referring to Mac 10.12.

what does 'cannot install Flash player' mean?  Please be more descriptive and provide the following:

• Web browser and version
• Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
• If you get error messages, please provide a screenshot
