Help with my flash player

i reacently bought a laptop and just installed flash player...with the lastest which is 10.3.181.14 . After i installed i found out that when i go to any video webside or online games the screen will appear on my top left and blinking here is the example

Well i keep on re-installing but it still won't work. However only youtube's video works fine
