Help you smart Techies

I have both the Adobe Flash Player 16 Active x and Adobe Flash Player 11 Plug In. Do I need both? I only need one to view movies. Regular movies. I also have the following,: Quicktime7, Java 8 Update 25; Real Player Cloud; Microsoft Sky Drive; Google Drive; Microsoft Silverlight.

I only do Words, Excel, Acrobat and simple Internet Copy paste and write emails and attached files photos etc. Once in a while like weekly I would watch movies, and that's it. I use Facebook rarely, Twitter, Instagram and Blogs.

Please tell me what I don't need to clean to make my Windows 7 work faster.
