I have a window 8 64bit, I've done all instructions but it's not working, i disablean

everything i needed an now my system says I don't have permition to install this program, what can I do?

Are you using Internet Explorer 11?

You don't need to install Flash Player on Windows 8; it is already preinstalled by Microsoft.
