high memory usage with adobe flash player it gradually climbs and climbs the longer i keep a flash video open no matter what browser i use chrome,ie,and firefox......windows 7 64bit

    Btw i know it's flash player causing the problem ...because as soon as the tab is closed that the video was playing in ....the memory usage drops right back to normal

    This might also be related to your video drivers.  Could you post back with your system's dxdiag report so we can take a look?  You might also want to try temporarily disabling hardware acceleration in the Flash Player settings dialog.
