How Can i access Flash after instalation

i have installed adobe flash

it is on my computer

it wont let me open/ access/ activate/ use the program

installing screen - installation successful - nothing after that and no way to access it

i need it for a online job interview someone help because apparently adobe cant

    Flash Player is a browser plugin and is not accessible by itself.

    You most likely need to enable Flash in the browser.  Flash Player Help page contains links to instructions for enabling Flash in the various browsers.

    Mac or Windows, and exactly what version of the operating system?

    If Windows 10, are you using the Edge or Internet Explorer browser?

    Microsoft does not allow external installs into Edge or Internet Explorer

    Search http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find help for either of those two browsers
