How can I change the default Debug player version?

I'm trying to write a Flash application for a more recent version of Flash Player than my current debug version.

I'm developing for Flash Player 19.0, but my Debug version is 11.0.

This means, when I export an SWF and try to run it, or even try to test my project, it uses the wrong version.

So my question is, how do I mark any particular version of the Debug Flash Player as default so I can run my SWF files in it?
