Firstly,  there is no need to post the same issue 3 times, 3 minutes apart.  These forums are user-to-user forums and monitored by employees during working hours, when time permits.  It's not reasonable to expect an reply within 3 minutes.  I have deleted your other two duplicate posts.

Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE and Edge browsers in Windows 10.  If you're referring to either of these browsers, there is nothing to install.  If Flash is not working in one, or both, of these browsers, please see:

Also ensure that you have the latest video drivers installed on your system.

If your favorite website is telling you to install Flash Player while using IE or Edge, the following should be helpful:

First, confirm that ActiveX Filtering is configured to allow Flash content:

Internet Explorer 11 and Edge introduce a number of changes both to how the browser identifies itself to remote web servers, and to how it processes JavaScript intended to target behaviors specific to Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, this means that content on some sites will be broken until the content provider changes their site to conform to the new development approach required by modern versions of IE.

You can try to work around these issues by using Compatibility View:

If that is too inconvenient, using Google Chrome may be a preferable alternative.
