I tried to get to the archive software on your site to get Flash Player 10.3.183.11 for my Mac OS 10.5.8.  It is not clickbable to download.  Please help.Thank you

I don't know what you mean "not clickable". Here is the direct link I got from the archive page

But there is a newer Flash Player 10 version available for Mac OS X 10.5 (Intel, not PowerPC):
