Adobe discontinued support for Flash on Mobile devices many years ago.

Sure there are legitimate versions still on this site, but so out dated they could put your device at risk.

I have been Flash Free on my Android for about that long as well. I have NEVER had the need to install flash player on my Android for many years, I can watch videos just fine on the web, any site pretty much.

Most modern mobile browsers have ways to handle the flash content without the need for Flash player to be installed. IF the LG browser cannot, then i would suggest an alternate browser in the Playstore that would work for you that have Flash built in.
