If you have the option, just enable automatic updates (or use Chrome on any OS, or IE/Edge on Win10) and forget about it. That's really the fastest and most reliable way to get an update, and it's the easiest.

If that's not an option, Adobe's security notification service will send you information about available updates across all of our products via email:
