How can I sign in as administrator, it's MY PC!

When I try to update my ADOBE Flash Player I get the error message that the update was unsuccessful since I need to sign in again as "administrator. How do I do this??

Alternatively you can download the offline installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#install_in_a_firewall_proxy_server_environment and save it to disk.

Next, right-click on the downloaded installer and select Run as Administrator.
