How do i allow a online banking site to create security token through flash player?

At the moment im trying to setup my online banking, all I need now for it to work properly, is to let the site install a security token.

But i get a message that say:

We are unable to issue the security token to your computer. Please enable Flash & make sure you have enough privileges.

Im pretty sure Flash player is already enable.

Im using a Macbook air, with OS X 10.10.5
