How do I change Security settings?

I am working for [link deleted] they want me to change the adobe flash player security settings.

I am new in the security field. Please Help me?

Did you get your job under false pretenses? Security experts should not be asking the internet for advice !! Seems the sort of post which can hugely damage the reputation of the company. Or maybe that's your intention?
