How do I download FP 10.1.102.64 to Firefox?

I have been unsuccessfull in downloadaing the latest version of FP to Firefox.  I was successful in downloading to Internet Explorer.

When attempting to download to Firefox, I do not get an error message.  The screen saying the download will start shortly appears.  Then the bottom says done, but nothing has been downloaded.

I attempted the download with my firewall turned off - same result.

I have No Script add on for Firefox, but all Adobe scripts are allowed.

I do not get the "Firefox prevented this site from installing software" pop up box that the Adobe Web Site solution suggests.  Can anyone help?  The Control Panel for programs shows Adobe Flash Player Plug In 10.1.85.3 from 9/21/2010.  I assume that relates to Firefox.  The Control Panel also shows Adobe Flash Player 10 Active X with 10.1.102.64 with a 11/7/2010 date.  I assume that relates to Internet Explorer.

I have other questions for my own education:

Do I need to download and install separately for both Firefox and IE?

Where do I find Flash Player in Firefox?  I do not see it in the Plug In tab of Add Ons from the tools menu.  Shockwave Flash is there along with Quick Time.

Is it possible to download once and install in separate browsers?

Browsers Used:            Firefox, Internet Explorer only
