How do I download the latest adobe flash player? I deleted my old adobe after the latest scare? My system keeps on freezing and telling me the download has failed

I deleted my flash player from my computer when there was the big scare of it being hacked. Now I can't get it downloaded. My internet freezes up and it tells me the download has failed. How do I get adobe flash back?
