i need help this problem keeps ocurring and ive exited everything, restarted my computer, I unistalled flash because of firefox kept saying it was corrupt.

Open an elevated cmd prompt ( Elevated Command Prompt - Windows 7 Help Forums )

type or copy/paste this command

taskkill.exe /im flash* /t /f

then hit Enter

try again plz after that
