How do I fix: Flash always starts muted in my browsers (Edge and Firefox) Windows 10

As stated above, I have tried everything I can think of. I have also run out of ideas I have found when googling the problem.

It pretty much happens with any flash video on the MSN or USA Today site.

If you haven't already, could you try either clearing your browser cache or going into your Flash Player control panel, selecting the Advanced tab, then click the Delete All button in the "Browsing data and settings" section?
