I have a 64 bit gaming, desk top PC, How do I download a 64 bit Flash Player to go with my 64 bit system?

While you probably already had 64-bit Flash Player on your computer, it's worth pointing out that you have to have both a 64-bit Operating System and a 64-bit Browser in order to use it.  Internet Explorer and Firefox both are usually shipped as 32-bit by default, and 64-bit variants are only available as a separate download.

Flash Player supports 32- and 64-bit systems in a single universal installer.  Simply go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download the latest version.
