How do I get my Flash player to recognize my webcam again?

I have a 10.5.8 Mac and my flash player still technically works with videos after I click run this time. Just with webcam it stopped recognizing my isight. My flash player still works for videos, games etc. Just not the isight. It doesn't load it at all. Help please.
