How do I install Adobe flash player on my android 9 Huawei p-smart

 this is the page it shows me when I try installing the app.... please help

    You do not. Flash Player is not available for Android.

    Anyway, Flash Player closes down everywhere at the end of 2020. Sites that need it will all be dead and useless.
