how do i install adobe flash player on wondows 8.1?

Internet explorer. When i try tu upgradeie and flash player im told the flas player and ie are integrated with windows 8.1, which is what im currently running.

As of Windows 8 Microsoft embeds Flash Player in Internet Explorer and all updates are released by Microsoft via Windows Updates. To update to the latest version do one of the following:

Run Windows Update and look for the 'Internet Explorer Update for Flash Player' (or similar terminology) update
Download the latest update (released Nov 10) from the Microsoft knowledge base article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3103688
- Microsoft updates the Microsoft Security Advisory 2755801‌ with Flash Player updates. This page in turn contains links to the actual knowledge base article containing the update.
Download the update posted at the bottom of the Flash Player Issues | Windows 8 page. This simply downloads the update from Microsoft which is the same update from their knowledge base article.
